Oriental breeds are the slimmest cat breed existing. They do not have any undercoat,  therefore do not lose many hairs and are easy to groom. Their fur is very silky. The coat of Balinese and oriental  long hairs is lying close, mainly their plumed tail gives away that  they are medium-long haired cats. They are active and talkative animals, always wanting to be close to their humans.

 Like little dogs they follow you around and are not disinclined to chat. Extremely intelligent as they are they may learn to open doors and like our Anielo learn to unlock doors, by turning the key in the keyhole
